The National Broadcaster on Trial
After 12 years, a landmark trial is underway in the NSW Supreme Court as FHA Directors take on the Australian Broadcasting Corporation in ‘knowledge versus dogma’ conflict. With the evidentiary part of the case concluded and submissions presented, the matter is reserved for judgment. It is hoped that the Court will be able to deliver judgement some time during 2008.
