Richard Biggs, BCom CPA, 35 (at Jan 1 2008), grew up mainly in south-east Queensland and was educated at the Anglican Church Grammar School in Brisbane. In 1991, while studying Commerce at the University of Queensland he was introduced to the understandings of the human condition by his friend James West and his brother John. After graduating Richard moved to Sydney in 1996 to directly support the FHA. A certified accountant, he is involved in the financial management and other aspects of the FHA and works as the financial controller of a manufacturing business.
